Really Unusual Notrump (RUNT)

This bid is a 1NT overcall of a suit opening, promising EITHER

a) 0-10 HCP's OR
b) 19+ HCP's

and show's a hand with a takeout distribution. Shows 3+ in each other suit if 0-10. If 19+, could be any shape. Follow up bids are with preempts. 1NT bidder never bids again, except raise response with 5+ or new suit with 19+.

If opponents dbl the notrump bid, redouble shows two lowest suits, pass shows highest unbid suit and one of two lower (xx asks). All other bids, including cue bids, are natural. 2NT is ambiguous preempt, whether X or not, or even after bid.
